How can I describe the many steps of winemaking? From the first vine stock planted to the bottle you hold in your hands: it’s my family’s story. The story of four generations of winemakers so in love with their land that they want to express its very essence, it’s the hard work and skill of the people by my side and our willingness to give the very best of ourselves every day of the year.

Wine making | After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and immediately pressed. The must is cold-settled for 24 hours and then vinified in our thermo-regulated tanks. This allows us to maintain the temperature of alcoholic fermentation at 18-20 °C in order to extract maximum aromas. |
Aging | The wine is matured on fine lees until it is racked. It is then fined with bentonite, then we make a light filtration before bottling. |
