Description
Aromatic still white wine produced by San Michele Appiano, a renowned Alto Adige winery, 14.5% ABV, 100% Gewürztraminer, 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine that expresses the soul of the terroir, with grapes grown in Cortaccia, Caldaro, and Appiano (BZ). Manual harvest, maceration of the grapes followed by soft pressing, fermentation in steel vats, and aging in stainless steel tanks. A broad bouquet of aromas of roses, exotic fruits, and oriental spices. Golden yellow. Powerful and complex, with a light residual sugar that enhances its persistence.
