Our Barolo Chinato comes from an old family recipe. The base is Barolo Pira, aged for a long time and in full development of secondary aromas. Different infusions in Barolo grappa of herbs, barks and flowers are added to the aged wine; this elixir thus formed rests for a few more months and is then bottled.

The true heritage of the Roagna family vineyards are the old vines. Plants that are at least 50 years old, in some cases even up to 80 years old. Vines that continue to produce few grapes but of high quality. Care and attention is dedicated to this heritage in the various estate vineyards between the Barbaresco and Barolo areas, in order to obtain a final product of the highest level.
