Description
Still red from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 15% ABV, 100% Merlot, produced by Radikon. A wine that embodies the producer's philosophy, with extended maceration enhancing its complexity and authenticity. Vinification involves spontaneous fermentation and maceration in oak vats for 30-60 days. Aged in used barriques for 5 years and in bottle depending on the vintage (average 5 years). Vintage 2009. The color is intense ruby red with garnet highlights. The nose is mineral and vegetal, with notes of medicinal herbs and dried red berries. On the palate, it is balanced, spicy, and fresh, with velvety tannins and a hint of overripe cherry.

They are wines that transport thought into ancestral, slow, fascinating worlds. Read more
