In this happy corner of Veneto, the Poli family fires in the grappist area since the late nineteenth century. Every generation added alambic to those in distillery, perfecting productive techniques that have grafted to a consolidated tradition.

The family created Bassano, an elegant town at the foot of Mount Grappa, a unique museum of its kind where it is possible to trace the history and evolution of the noble distillate. The wide range of Grappas produced, divided into several lines, is the reflection of a hand-crafted Carthusian work.
