Description
Still rosé from Salento, 12.5% ABV, produced by Terre Cevico. 100% Primitivo, 2024 vintage. A rosé that embodies the essence of Puglia, with a salmon-pink color that hints at freshness and elegance. Notes of peonies, orange blossom, watermelon, and a hint of oyster evoke the sea breeze. Fermentation for 8 days at a controlled temperature of 16°C preserves the aromas and flavors. Flavors of fresh strawberry and passion fruit with a fresh, crisp acidity and a long, mineral finish.
