Still red, 13% ABV, 100% Uva di Troia, produced by Terre Cevico in Puglia. Vintage 2024. Fermentation and maceration on the skins for 8 days at 22-23°C. A wine that expresses the character of Nero di Troia with fine and dense tannins, combined with a long and persistent finish. Hints of spices such as pepper and tobacco reveal themselves on the nose. Bright red color with a purple edge. Ideal with meat-based pasta and rice dishes, game, and aged cheeses.

In the 1960s and ’70s Terre Cevico began trading its wine, exclusively in bulk. A step forward, in the ’80s and ’90s, was that of selling in standard and larger-size bottles. Since 2000, in line with feedback from the market, Terre Cevico has started to produce and package wines in cartons and bottles for the HORECA channel.
Today Terre Cevico is a Group that operates principally in Emilia Romagna, but also with its own wineries in Veneto and Puglia.
