Description
Extra brut Champagne from the heart of Champagne, 12.5% ABV, produced by Pierre Paillard. 100% Pinot Meunier. 0.75 L bottle, 2018 vintage. A tribute to the Premier Cru Ludes terroir, made using a traditional method that enhances the finesse of the bubbles and the aromatic complexity. The Pierre Paillard winery was founded in 1946. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of brioche reminiscent of the long lees aging. Straw yellow in color. On the palate, the wine is vinous and persistent, with a finish that invites another sip.
