Description
Still red wine from Tuscany, 14% ABV, produced by Petra. Blend: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 10% Sangiovese, 2023 vintage. A Hebo that represents the ambitious project of Petra, a winery founded by Francesca and Vittorio Moretti, which interprets the Tuscan terroir with passion and dedication. Aged for 12 months in used second- and third-use barriques and 30- and 50-hl barrels. Aged in bottle for 12 months. The nose reveals fresh aromas of black cherries, violets, blueberries, and peonies, along with mineral notes and nuances of Mediterranean scrub. Bright ruby red. On the palate, the wine is fresh and savory, with a full body, pleasantly fruity, subtle in its savory character, and balanced, gentle tannins.
