Description
A brut classic method sparkling white wine produced by Pedrotti Spumanti in Trentino-Alto Adige. Blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. A classic method sparkling wine that celebrates the Trentino sparkling wine tradition. Typical aromas of bread crust, ripe fruit, and tropical fruit. The structured flavor, thanks to long aging on the lees, is characterized by the typical aroma of bread crust, as well as tertiary aromas reminiscent of black truffle and undergrowth.
