Description
Still white, Sylvaner dell'Alto Adige DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Pacher Hof, 2024 vintage. A wine that expresses the freshness and minerality of the Alto Adige terroir, with a grape variety that offers unique sensations. The Pacherhof Estate, dating back to 1142 and managed by the Huber family, is located in Novacella, just above Bressanone. Here, on an 8-hectare estate, winemaker Andreas Huber cultivates excellent white grape varieties. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aged for approximately 6 months on the lees in steel vats and large wooden barrels. The fresh, fruity aroma is reminiscent of freshly cut hay. Bright yellow. Silvaner is a pleasantly fresh white wine, with a flavor reminiscent of gooseberry and peach.
