Description
Still white wine from Lugana DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by the Olivini family. 100% Turbiana. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Lugana that expresses the minerality of the terroir and the freshness of the Turbiana grape. Manual harvesting into crates, soft pressing, partial cold maceration for 12 hours at 5°C, alcoholic fermentation using selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights. Freshness and savory characterize the aromatic and bold flavor. A wine that pairs perfectly with fish dishes and light aperitifs, ideal for those seeking an elegant and characterful white wine.

We move on tiptoe in our vineyards. We want our intervention on the rows of vines, the fruit, and therefore on the wine-making, to be minimal. We are in pursuit of purity, not only during wine-making, but throughout the entire process that leads us to your wine glasses.
Elevating the distinct features of every one of our grape varieties, of each vineyard and even of the individual vine. This painstaking task has lead us to believe, almost as if it were a dogma, in the potential of our varieties, produced, as they are, in purity and reinterpreted in a modern light.
