Description
Still white Roero DOCG, 13.5% ABV, produced by Nino Costa, a historic Piedmontese winery. 100% Arneis, 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. An Arneis made in the Sarun cru, with a southern exposure, on sandy clay soils. Fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Aged for 6 months on the fine lees. A captivating nose: notes of pear, grapefruit, and aromatic herbs stand out, evolving into citrus aromas with aging. Pale straw yellow. The palate is warm and soft with a lovely savory and mineral finish.
