Still red wine from Burgundy, 13% ABV, produced by Nicolas Rossignol. 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Pinot Noir that embodies the elegance and finesse of Burgundy wines, the fruit of the passion of a winemaker who has been producing high-quality wines since 1997. On the nose, aromas of red fruits anticipate a fresh and elegant palate, typical of great Pinot Noirs.

In 1997 he created his Domaine with only 3 hectares, which after the merger in 2011 between D.ne Nicolas Rossignol and the family Rossignol-Jeanniard become 17 and on which Nicolas vinifies about 30 different appellations.
In 2016 the construction of the new winery in Beaune began, which will allow the talented "vigneron" to express even better his great ability to interpret Pinot Nero from the "small" Bourgogne to the smallest facets of the Volnay passing through the Pommards: wines fine, elegant extraordinary examples of Pinot Noir in Côte de Beaune.
