Description
Our rosé is characterized by a blend of 2 perpetual reserves: one of white wine (Eugène) and one of red wine. Our red wine is made from a single Meunier plot from Cuisles, vinified and aged in barrels of minimum 8 years old. Old barrels are used in order to stimulate oxidization. Meunier grapes vinified with long and cold pre-fermentation macerations are very singular, which gives our rosé a big identity.
