Extra Brut Classic Method sparkling wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Moser. 100% Chardonnay, 2011 vintage. A Trento DOC Riserva that celebrates the art of Italian sparkling winemaking, a tribute to the tradition and excellence of the region. Produced at Maso Warth, in the Cembra Valley. On the nose, nuances of candied fruit with hints of evolutionary notes that reflect years of aging on the lees. Golden yellow in color with brilliant notes. On the palate, it is dry, savory, and creamy, with a fine perlage that caresses the palate.
