Description
A non-dosed classic method sparkling wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Moser. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2018 vintage. A Trento DOC that expresses the purity of Chardonnay through a classic method that enhances its freshness and minerality. The winery, founded in 1979 by Diego and Francesco, is today a modern and innovative winery rooted in the farming traditions of the Cembra Valley. A fragrant nose reveals notes of bread grillé, butter, and fresh almonds, followed by crisp citrus tones, all set against a bold mineral background. Vibrant freshness and rich flavor characterize the palate, finishing with a pleasant almondy finish.
