Description
A still white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 12% ABV, produced by Masut da Rive, a family-run winery since 1900. Vintage 2024, 0.75L bottle. A Ribolla Gialla born from a passion for the region and a commitment to quality. Soft pressing of the whole grapes, static decantation of the must at 10-12°C. It remains in contact with the fermentation yeasts for an extended period in steel tanks. An intense nose with a marked minerality, light fruity aromas of apple and white peach with notes of acacia flowers and hints of aromatic herbs. A very intense golden yellow. It expresses itself with intense and pleasant freshness, a good savory flavor reminiscent of its area of origin, and a pleasantly harmonious finish.
