Description
A wine of marked softness, born as an exercise in style, almost by accident, it has become a pleasant reality. Obtained from mostly Pinot Noir grapes whose soaking on the skins enhances not only the persuasive colour, but also the typical aroma and flavour of small red berries of undergrowth. It is well blended with the freshness and finesse of the Chardonnay that completes it. Lively and harmonious mousse
