Description
Champagne 1er Cru Extra Brut, classic method, 12% ABV, produced by Jean Servagnat. Blend: 44% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, 23% Pinot Meunier. 0.75 L bottle, 2018 vintage. A Champagne excellence, the result of meticulous work in the vineyard and cellar, where we strive to preserve the characteristics of the terroir as much as possible. Solar Harvest, a name that evokes the power of the sun and the ripening of the grapes. Floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by yeasty notes reminiscent of the long aging on the lees. Fine perlage. Straw yellow color. On the palate, the wine is fresh, balanced, and persistent, a sensory experience that captivates with every sip.

Coulommes la Montagne, where most of our vines are located, is set on the petite montagne de Reims, well-known for its Pinots Meuniers. We are north of our appellation. Climate is cold and rainy and each frost can destroy the crops.
Since we created our house, we developed our own vision of viticulture. We firstly worked with soils, making no more use of herbicide nor insecticide, to allow the vineyard to grow in a healthy ecosystem and for our juices to develop more complex flavours and aromas.
In the winery, we seek to avoid manipulating our wines, as much as possible, in order for them to reproduce our terroir characteristics. Read more
