Description

Still organic white wine, produced by Grosjean in the Aosta Valley, 13% ABV, 100% Petite Arvine, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion of the Grosjean family, who have been producing wines with respect for tradition and the environment since 1969. The vines are grown organically, without insecticides or acaricides. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel "sur lie" and 6 months in French oak barrels. A complex bouquet of white flowers with intense aromas, floral notes, and hints of citrus, particularly pink grapefruit. Rich, complex, very savory, with good structure.

The first cultivated vines, in addition to traditional Petit Rouge, were Gamay, Pinot Noir and Petite Arvine, and currently are growing even as the native Fumin, carnelian, pressed and Vuillermin. Cultivation techniques are rooted in respect for the environment since 1975 so it is not handled insecticides and acaricides treatments are carried out rigorously and fertilizing with manure of organic origin.
