An oil that tells the story of a family that has been producing excellent olive oil since 1585, passing down the art of oil-pressing. The olives are harvested between October and November. A rich and refined bouquet of fresh almond and artichoke. A harmony of bitter-spicy sensations and herbaceous and fresh vegetable notes wraps in a long and balanced finish.
