A Gewürztraminer that embodies the elegance and aromatic richness of Trentino-Alto Adige, the fruit of a historic winery that has been producing high-quality wines since 1923. The grapes come from the finest growing areas of Oltradige and Bassa Atesina. Manual harvest in small containers. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation for 6 months.
