A Crémant born from a passion for Burgundy, with a history rooted in one of the world's most prestigious winemaking regions. The nose is fresh with subtly released floral aromas. Soil composition Different soils: limestone and marl in the Cotes de Nuits, Cotes de Beaune and Cote Chalonnaise and granite in southern Burgundy.
Wine making Traditional method. The grapes are crushed immediately after arrival at the winery in pneumatic presses. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at 18°C. The base wines are then blended.
