From this winery
François de Nicolay, manager of the Chandon de Briailles family estate in Savigny-Lès-Beaune in the Côte de Beaune, decided at the beginning of the 2000s to build a small "winemaker-bottler" trading house. "The culture in biology and even more in biodynamics has become for me an evidence, since the 90's", starting from the simple and logical idea that you can only make good wines with good grapes. With the Maison François de Nicolay, a small wine merchant, I decided to make wines without artifice, without additives, from organically grown or biodynamic grapes. Read more
