Champagne Blanc de Noirs Harmonie Extra Brut, biodynamic classic method, 12% ABV, produced by Franck Pascal, 2017 vintage. Blend: 72% Pinot Noir, 28% Pinot Meunier. Aged on the lees for 48 months. A Blanc de Noirs that expresses the minerality of the Champagne terroir. Limestone notes and hints of white fruit and peach on the nose. Fine and persistent perlage. Bright straw yellow color. Vibrant on the palate, with a clean and pure structure, ideal as an accompaniment to meals.
