Description
Still red wine from Etna DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Federico Graziani in Sicily. Blend of Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mascalese. 1.5L magnum format, 2023 vintage. A wine that expresses the power of the volcano through the expert vinification of a passionate producer. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Aged for 12 months in third-use barriques and 6 months in bottle. Light, transparent ruby red. Fragrant on the nose, it opens with notes of red fruit, strawberries, and raspberries, enveloped in a citrusy freshness of mandarin and a pleasantly mineral finish. It closes with notes of vanilla and lightly spiced white chocolate. It is particularly fresh and thirst-quenching, with lively and harmonious tannins. The aftertaste is pleasantly clean and savory, captivating and carefree.

This is slow and ancient work, carried out by hand with toil, passion, and respect. Read more
