Description
Alta Langa DOCG classic method sparkling wine, 12% ABV, produced by Elem. Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. 0.75 L bottle, 2017 vintage. An Alta Langa born from the passion of Eleonora Martini, a tribute to Piedmontese sparkling wine excellence. Grapes are hand-picked and then gently pressed. Secondary fermentation in the bottle (liquer de tirage) follows the "classic method" and the wine rests on the lees for at least 36 months. Floral aroma with hints of lime, honey, and citrus fruit. Straw yellow. Deep and elegant with good minerality.
