Still organic white wine, Pays d'Oc, produced by Domaine de Tholomies, France. 13.5% ABV, 2023 vintage. A Chardonnay that expresses the elegance of the Languedoc-Roussillon terroir, with meticulous vinification and aging in barrique for at least a year. The grapes are hand-picked, and the wine is obtained from a long traditional maceration. Notes of white-fleshed fruit and candied orange on the nose. Clear yellow. Fleshy, well-balanced, and simple. A versatile wine, ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish and white meats.
