Dhondt-Grellet's Champagne 'Les Terres Fines' is a Blanc de Blanc made from the eponymous parcel (Lieu-Dit) of old vines in Cuis, a village classified Premier Cru in the renowned Cote des Blancs. The result of blending 70% of the last harvest with 30% perpetual Reserve wine began in 1986. No final dosage for this extra brut Champagne.
