A still white wine from Puglia, produced by D'Addario, Fiano Casale Ciliani, 2023 vintage. A wine that expresses the authenticity of Fiano, the region's iconic grape. The D'Addario Estates were born from ambition, a love of the land, and the dream of bottling wines that express the authentic strength of Puglia. Gentle pressing of the grapes at very low temperatures. Pre-fermentation static clarification. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel for approximately 3-4 months. Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, with an intense and complex bouquet featuring bold notes of citrus, white flowers, and hay. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and minerally, perfect for pairing with fish and seafood.
