Description
A still red wine from Sicily, 13.5% ABV, produced by Cottanera. 2019 vintage. A wine born on the slopes of Etna, a unique terroir where winemaking tradition blends with innovation. 100% Mondeuse. An elegant trail of oriental spices and fine toasting opens to reveal fruity notes of blackcurrant and floral notes of primrose, while aromatic herbs are enriched with berries and intense mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and rich with well-managed tannins that are softened by crispy roundness and propelled by energetic savory flavors toward a long finish rich in fruity and spicy overtones.
