Brut nature Champagne, produced by Chavost. A Blanc d'Assemblage that celebrates the elegance and purity of Champagne, without added sugar. The aromas are remarkably pure, evoking freshly cut green apple, white peach, Anjou pear, Rainier cherry, crushed chalk, and damp rock. An extremely fine perlage caresses the palate. It is a tantalizing and deeply refreshing champagne, full of energy and crystalline purity.

| Wine making | This wine is produced by a natural method that makes it even more appreciable to wine lovers. In fact, the vinification process takes place exclusively in 100% thermoregulated stainless steel tanks, without the use of added sulphites. Furthermore, decantation takes place without the aid of enzymes, tanine or charcoal, and without chaptalisation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously thanks to indigenous yeasts at a temperature of 17°C, while malolactic fermentation is spontaneous and uses indigenous bacteria at a temperature of 20°C. |
