Still red from the prestigious Haut-Médoc, Bordeaux, France, 12.5% ABV, produced by Chateau de Camensac. A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot, 2021 vintage. A Grand Cru Classé that embodies the elegance and tradition of Bordeaux wines. The Château Camensac vineyards are in the commune of Saint-Laurent-Médoc. Clean nose, immediately revealing light notes of cocoa bean and praline, followed by notes of black pepper and aromas of powdered rose. A bright, clear red color. The attack is clean. Aromas of blackberry and raspberry with lingering notes of fine wood. A very long finish with prominent red fruit aromas.

The vineyards of Château Camensac are in the commune of Saint-Laurent-Médoc, just beyond the boundary of the Saint-Julien-Beychevelle appellation. As such it is entitled to only the Haut-Médoc appellation for its wines. The estate's 65 hectares of vines (60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot) are planted at a dense 10,000 vines per hectare and have an average age of 35 years.
