Description
A still red from the heart of Tuscany, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, 14% ABV, produced by Cerbaiona. 100% Sangiovese, 2019 vintage. A wine that embodies the history and passion of Diego Molinari, with a limited production of just 7,000 bottles. Traditional vinification involves maceration for up to 30 days, followed by aging for two years in oak barrels and 6-8 months in bottle. The nose is expansive, fruity, floral, balsamic, ethereal, and spicy—a true sensory journey. On the palate, it is powerful, warm, silky, rich, very refined, and harmonious—a Brunello that promises unforgettable emotions.
