A still white wine from Collio, a renowned area of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 14% ABV, produced by Castello di Spessa. 100% Friulano/Sauvignon Vert. 2022 vintage. A wine that expresses the elegance of its terroir through a blend that enhances its complexity. The nose is complex and expansive, with fruity notes of apricot and peach, floral notes of broom, and minerals. Intense straw yellow with golden highlights. On the palate, it offers a perfect balance between softness, freshness, and savory flavors, with a long, creamy finish that invites you to try again.

During these years, the various extensions, the renovation of the vineyard park and the construction of the new wine cellar led the owner Loreto Pali to create a respectable winery.
