From this winery
Castellari Isola del Giglio is the realisation of a viticultural and oenological project that aims to promote a unique area of Tuscany with an ancient winemaking tradition. The history of this winery is one of originality, passion and, why not, poetry, all starting from Giglio, an island made of wind, Mediterranean scrub and granite.

This is where the project developed: the production of a wine made from grapes grown in different plots, in order to give the product greater complexity and originality. This is how Calzo della Vignia wine was born: 100% Ansonica, 100% Passion.
