Description
Still red wine from Tuscany IGT, 13.5% ABV, produced by La Spinetta. 100% Colorino, 2020 vintage. A wine born from the Rivetti family's passion for Tuscany, with grapes sourced from Casanova and Sezzana. Alcoholic fermentation in rotofermenters for 10–11 days at a controlled temperature. Aged in 600-liter medium-toasted French oak barrels for 24 months, transferred to stainless steel for 10 months before bottling, and 6 months in bottle. No filtration or fining. Aromas reminiscent of berries, sweet spices, and fresh cut flowers with distinct fruit notes. Very dark ruby red. Soft tannins and a lovely spicy finish. An intense and complex wine, ideal for pairing with red meats and aged cheeses.
