Description
The raspberry is the berry that fulfils all its promises to the senses: it engages the eyes with its colour, the nose with its intense aroma and the taste with its sensual velvety aroma in the mouth. For our distillate, we use wild raspberries from the forests of Eastern Europe. Here, the forests are cut down every 40-50 years and, until the plants grow back, wonderful expanses of wild fruit develop, which we are happy to take advantage of thanks to our cooperation with a cooperative that sends them to us in favourable years. Again, the yield is very low: we need about 50 kilos of raspberries to produce one litre but the distillate we obtain is extraordinary.
