Description
A sweet, white passito wine from Sicily, produced by Bianchi. 0.75 l bottle. A Marsala Superiore S.O.M. Ambra Secco that embodies the Sicilian winemaking tradition. The light amber color anticipates an intense, dry flavor, typical of Marsala. Produced by Cantine Mirabella, which has operated within the ancient Baglio Woodhouse estate since 1950, a history that has been handed down over time. Once the ideal sugar content is reached, wine alcohol is added to halt fermentation and achieve an alcohol content of 18% vol. and a natural residual sugar of 3%. Aged for over two years in oak barrels.
