Description
Extra brut classic method Champagne, produced by Bruno Paillard in the Champagne region. Blend: 45% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Meunier. 0.75L bottle. A sensory experience that begins with the citrus aromas of Chardonnay—lime lime and grapefruit—beginning with the red berries of Pinot Noir—currant, raspberry, and black cherry—and finally revealing the exotic notes of Pinot Meunier, such as pineapple. The attack is lively thanks to a low dosage that respects the wine's authenticity.
