Description
A still biodynamic red from the prestigious Vosne-Romanée AOC in Burgundy, 13% ABV, produced by Domaine Bruno Clavelier. 100% Pinot Noir, 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine that reflects Bruno Clavelier's passion for his work and his region, with a winemaking process that highlights the differences in exposure and soil. Aged for 16 to 18 months in barriques, 30% of which are new. On the nose, intense aromas of strawberry, raspberry, spice, and wild herbs are framed by a lively and well-integrated acidity. An elegant and complex wine, ideal for pairing with red meats and aged cheeses.
