Classic method sparkling wine without dosage, produced by Biancavigna, a Veneto winery founded in 2004. 11% ABV, 100% Glera. 0.75 L bottle, 2020 vintage. A bold interpretation of Prosecco, vinified using the classic method and without added sugar, to enhance the purity of the grape variety and terroir. Extremely fine and persistent perlage. Pleasant fruity notes reminiscent of white peach and pear, enriched by characteristic fermentation aromas of bread crust. The fruity notes and fermentation aromas perceived on the nose are reflected on the palate. Good persistence on the palate and nose. Pleasantly dry.
