Still white Coteaux Champenois Grand Cru Blanc Ay, produced by Bereche. 2022 vintage, 0.75L bottle, 12.5% ABV. A still white wine born in the heart of Champagne, from the passion of a family that has been producing excellent wines since 1847. Fruity aromas on the nose anticipate a fresh, persistent finish. On the palate, the wine is fresh, creamy, and persistent. A wine that pairs perfectly with fish dishes, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany a refined dinner.

Every action has been adequately thought out. Of course our land is plowed and we also use weed control to limit disease. This vegetation cover avoids herbicides, insecticides and anti-rots. Everything begins with the soil. The fertilization is organic. We feed wildlife which in turn feeds flora and thus the soil is working.
