Description
Still white Curtefranca DOC, 13.5% ABV, 100% Chardonnay, produced by Bellavista in Lombardy. Vintage 2021. The aroma is broad, elegant, with a hint of vanilla, harmoniously balanced with hints of golden deliciousness, quince, and ripe fruit. The must ferments and then ages for 12 months in small 228-liter white oak barrels. Bottled in the second spring following the harvest, it ages for a further 6 months in the bottle before being released. Yellow in color with golden reflections. The flavor is rich in elegance, softness, and structure, with a long finish and a silky, refined aromatic sensation. Serve at 12-14°C, ideal with fish and cheeses.
