All stages of grape processing are aimed at enhancing the characteristics of the territory, the Langhe: tradition in treating the vineyard and contemporary wisdom in the cellar are the foundation of a constant high quality production.
The Dogliani family feels a deep bond with winemaking using the ancient, deep-rooted local traditions of a knowledgeable area such as the Langhe, which is a UNESCO heritage site, situated in the province of Cuneo.
Respect for their land and the values of being part of the people of Langhe, have been a feature of the whole Batasiolo history since 1978, when they purchased their vineyards and their seven assets among the most evocative and prestigious Nebbiolo vineyards for Barolo. Read more
