Description
Still red wine from Piedmont, Roero DOCG, 14% ABV, produced by Negro Angelo. 100% Nebbiolo, 2021 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A Roero Riserva made from Nebbiolo grapes grown on the Roero hills, with a history dating back to 1670. Traditional maceration with submerged cap for approximately 24 days and two délestages. Aged for 32 months in barrels, oak barriques, and bottle. Aromas of red fruit and jam, with notes of vanilla and green pepper that blend into a complex and enveloping bouquet. The color is an intense garnet red with a beautiful hue. On the palate, it has a decisive attack, great structure, with evident, sweet, and velvety tannins. The aftertaste is broad, warm, and ethereal.
