Classic method brut sparkling wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Altemasi (Cavit), 2018 vintage. A Trento DOC Riserva Graal that celebrates the excellence of Trentino sparkling winemaking, with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Altemasi, from the "highest farms," produces sparkling wines of great finesse and elegance, thanks to a minimum 36-month maturation on the lees. Fine and persistent perlage. Complex, full-bodied aroma, with notes of apple and citrus, accompanied by sweet almond aromas. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Balanced and enveloping on the palate. A significant acidity highlights the wine's strength, structure, and great persistence.
