Writer's Tears

Writer's Tears is inspired by the golden days of Irish whiskey when the link between Pot Still Whiskey and the writers and artists who defined Irish culture was at its height. At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, Ireland was the world's leading whiskey producer and the island was the birthplace of some of the world's most important writers and artists.

From the pursuit of quality in 1999 Bernard and Rosemary Walsh created the family business which today manifests itself in the expressions of its whiskies: original, expressive and proudly Irish.
