Roulot-Fournier owns 8 hectares of vines located on the slopes of the village of Festigny in the Marne Valley, which are farmed by Richard and Nathalie Roulot. Their Champagnes are made on the estate using only grapes from their own harvest. The winery is classified as a Récoltant-Manipulant (RM).
The vineyards are planted with the three Champagne grape varieties, with a majority of Pinot Meunier, the dominant variety in the Marne Valley. A few plots of ‘pinot noir’ and ‘chardonnay’ are also worked to refine certain blends for their different cuvées.
